OUTSTANDING in a word. I was instantly connected with a human & not a 'bot' put on hold nor asked to select from endless lists. Something today that make a fantastic customer experience as it used to be. This outstanding service dose not end there..... The Gentleman I spoke with could not be any more helpful. He answerd all my questions & I made a payment around 4pm later that day...... The following morning my goods arrived on parcel force !!!!!! Today it is very rare to find service such as this So I need to say a big thank you. I would not hesitate to recommend Ribble Valley 4x4 to you.

Bought wireless trailer lights from rubble valley 4x4 lost one of them due to a problem, told Ribble Valley, they took my problems onboard immediately and the following day had sent a replacement. Any company can sell stuff, you get to see how good a company is when there is a problem and how quickly and easily they fix the problem. Recommend them 110% and would give 6 stars if possible.

Having used them in the past, I recently ordered another part for my Freelander from this company. Good quality part, excellent price and despatched the same day, even though I ordered online late in the afternoon. I opted for standard postage and still received it on the morning of the next working day. Will definitly use this company again. Many thanks :-).

Ordered a product they had advertised on their website. I paid them for the parts. They emailed me back saying they had the wrong size/dimensions and that the shipping would be 3x higher. The way I see it that is their mistake not mine. They would not send the product. So take that for what it is. Not exactly a standup company that will deal with their errors.

Very good service I mistakenly order wro side of the vehicle parts they call me and corrected and sent same day thank you very happy I will use them again
