Visited this weekend and would highly recommended. Beautiful spot with amazing views. Spaces are PLENTY big enough for caravan/motorhomes with a separate car parking space for your vehicle. Also a nice distance from the other spaces so it feels very private. Owners super friendly and helpful. Easy access to the site via the Chatburn route. The hens and ducks are a nice addition. We will look forward to returning.

The hosts for this cl site were friendly and helpful. However, the site is tired and poorly laid out. No room if you want awnings up. We got our small porch awning up, but only because our friend at the side of us did not use her awning. No good for larger vans, i.e., 8 foot wide or twin axel vans. There is a concern as there s not enough room between pitches for fire break. The views are stunning, but we left early the views are not enough. There is a dog walk, but due to rain, it was to muddy, no-one can help the weather. Where the white car is parked, there are 3 tiny pitches, then a corrner pitch. Our vans were side on. The one pitch opposite us was again very tight. The site really We won't be returning. It was all very disappointing 😞

Acre Hill is everything I would want in a CL site, excellent location and lovely hosts. Curlews and lapwings, hens and ducks, marvelous

Me and my family stayed in this beautiful cottage it was clean, lovely decorated and very well equipped. Felt like home as soon as we walked in, the beds are super comfortable and the garden is a lovely space to relax with the bbq and fire pit. The Area is nice and peaceful with beautiful views the owners are lovely and welcoming too. Would highly recommend.

Lovely quiet location in beautiful countryside. Spacious hardstanding pitches with grass either side. Free range chickens roaming around that are comical to watch Very friendly owners and well kept site, will hopefully be going back.

The young lady who owns the farm,can't be more helpful than she is 5 star+ .Great site for caravans & motorhomes all are very welcome...

Lovely little caravan and motorhome CL site, some pitches are a little tight for an awning, but would go again
